Our canelé flavors include plain, chocolate, matcha, caramel, citron, blueberry, almond, and more, plus seasonal specials. Each flavor's batter is made with its own distinct character. Gift sets are also available, perfect for presents or souvenirs.
Cheese Tarts Exclusive to Our Shop
We also recommend our shop-exclusive cheese tarts, available in four varieties: plain, chocolate, Hiroshima lemon, and sake lees. You're welcome to buy just one. We also offer frozen "catalana" and Hiroshima lemon cheesecake.
Featured on Airline Meals and Sightseeing Trains
Our catalana was selected as a dessert for JAL international flight meals. We've also supplied our confections to JR West's sightseeing train "Etcetera."
