Coffee Story Nishinaya

A coffee bean specialty shop located in Tatemachi, Naka Ward, Hiroshima — an area known as Nakanotana since the Edo period. Coffee Story Nishinaya stocks over 40 varieties of coffee beans. It opened in November 2008 with the hope that customers would discover their favorite beans and experience the full appeal of coffee. Green (unroasted) beans line the shop, which often surprises first-time visitors. With so many varieties to choose from, many customers aren't sure where to start — but the staff is always happy to help you decide.

The Joy of a Roast Made Just for You

The Joy of a Roast Made Just for You

We roast each order only after it's placed. Roasting takes about six minutes, and we adjust it to match your preferred flavor.

Along with the character of the beans themselves, the degree of roasting has a big impact on the final flavor.
